Each laua user will need a Group assignment in order to function within Lawson. Groups are assigned in the Group field in the laua User Profile. If a group does not exist it can be created by selecting the F6 Define function key with the cursor positioned in the Group field in the User Profile. The selection of the F6 key will take the user into the utility User Group Definition screen which allows for the setup and maintenance of laua User Groups. This scenario details the steps necessary to setup and assign a User Group within laua. The concept is the same for Printer Groups, JobQueue Groups and Distribution List Groups.
