The user must have a Resource Manager User Record. The CheckLS value must be set to Yes for Lawson Security 9.0 Access, or No for laua access. Create a Resource Manager Group and assign it in the Group attribute for all users who need access to the Employee Self Service Center. A Portal Administrator assigns the Employee Self Service Bookmark to the Group. The Employee Self Service Agent must be created for each productline.
