The Employee Self Service Center identifies users in an application by the users’ assigned HR Company numbers and Employee IDs. This is how users are allowed to see only their own personal information. The assignment is done on the Employee Self Service Agent in the Manage Identities segment of the Resource Manager User record. The loadusers utility will mass assign users’ Company and Employee information on the Employee Self Service agent. Assignment to an individual user record can be done in the Lawson Security Administrator.
