Next, on the RM record in the Lawson Security Administrator, Manage Identities segment, the environment service must be populated with the same Operating System ID defined in the /etc/passwd file. This will tie the user from the Operating System to the Lawson environment.
If, on the RM User Record, the CheckLS attribute value is set to No, the user must have a complete User Profile defined in laua. This includes assigning the user a User Group, Printer Group, Jobqueue Group, and Distribution List Group (Dist List Group not required).
In order for the user to be able to access Lawson programs, files, and data, they will need a Security Class defined and assigned to their laua User Profile.
