The RM User Record can be accessed using either the Resource Manager or the Lawson Security Administrator. The Resource Manager offers access to the first segment of the user only. In User Management in the Lawson Security Administrator, all three segments of the user are available including Manage Identities which contains Services and Agents which store various types of credentials for the user. The credentials stored on the Environment Service (env1 pictured here) are the Operating System ID and password, which is what ties the RM User to the Lawson Environment.
