Each user will need a Group assignment in order to function within Lawson. Groups are assigned in the Group field in the laua User Profile. If a group does not exist, it can be created by selecting the F6 Define function key while the cursor is positioned in the Group field in the laua User Profile. The selection of the F6 key with the cursor positioned in the User Group field will take the user into the utility User Group Definition screen, which allows for the setup and maintenance of laua User Groups.
