A user must have a Printer Group assigned in order to have access to Printers when they are in the Lawson Print Manager and wish to print their reports. A Printer Group may include one or more Printers. The Printer Group assignment is made in the Printer Group field in the laua User Profile. If a Printer Group does not exist it can be created and/or maintained by selecting the F6 Define key while the cursor is positioned in the Printer Group field in the User Profile. The selection of the F6 key will take the user into the utility, which allows for the setup and maintenance of Printer Groups called prtgrpdef. Click the Next page button to continue.
