Each user who uses the Employee Self Service center will need to have security access to the HR Programs and Files which support the Self Service Center. This authorization is assigned to the user either via Lawson Security 9.0 or through laua, the Lawson Legacy Security system. The CheckLS value in the Edit RM Information segment of the Resource Manager User Record determines how the access is assigned to the user. If the value is set to No, the user will have a security class assigned in laua. If the value is set to Yes, the User will receive access according to the role-based security system, Lawson Security 9.0. Click the Next page button to continue.
