In the Edit RM Information segment of the Resource Manager User Record, there is a Group attribute. Group membership is one way of assigning the Employee Self Service Portal Bookmark to all ESS users. The Group is created in the Resource Manager and users are assigned to the Group. A Portal Administrator can then assign the Employee Self Service bookmark to the Group. Then, any user who is a member of the Group will have access to the Employee Self Service Portal Bookmark.
