If the Employee Self Service user’s CheckLS value is set to Yes, the user will have the required Security access to the HR Programs and Files which support the Employee Self Service Center via a Security Role. The Security Role is assigned on the Resource Manager User Record in the Role attribute in the Edit RM Information segment of the user.
