The Mass Assignment tool found on the toolbar in the Resource Manager offers another opportunity to mass assign data to User Records. The Mass Assignment tool is pictured here. The buttons at the top of the screen control the Mass Assignment process. The arrow pointing to the right starts the process. The arrow pointing up checks the status of the process. In the middle of the screen, criteria must be established to identify which user records should be updated. Pictured here, all user records with an ID starting with STU will be updated. In the bottom of the screen, choose the values to update. As pictured here, the CheckLS value will be changed to Yes, and the Group attribute will be populated with the Group ESSGroup. Click the Next page button to continue.
