A Portal Administrator can also control access to bookmarks through the Portal Role. Once the Portal Role is created, the Employee Self Service bookmark can be locked into the role and any user has assigned the Portal Role will automatically have access to the bookmark. The Subscription Lock prohibits users from removing the subscription to the bookmark. The Layout Lock prohibits users from removing it from the navigation panel in their portal.
