Often when organizations implement the Employee Self Service Center, they do not roll out all of the components available in the application. Bookmark Management is the best way to lock access to the components not in use. Once the component is ready to be used, the Portal Administrator can simply unlock access to the Child Bookmark. It will then become available to all users who have access to the Parent Bookmark.
